Adam Lipsius is a feature film-maker, author and CU law student. His previous films include “Crime Story”and “16-LOVE.” His books include “Knox Chase on the Case” and “The Birth of Dr. Seuss.” He lives in Denver and has two kids, Dorothy and Eli who put the Dot and Squiggle in his production company, SquiggleDot.
Minyoung Sohn

Minyoung Sohn is the founder of Blue Room, a Denver-based investment and impact platform. Previously a co-founder of ArrowMark Partners and portfolio manager at Janus Capital, he has managed top-performing equity funds and built multi-billion-dollar strategies. With Blue Room, Sohn combines capital markets expertise with community impact, pioneering use of modular construction to develop affordable housing through Blue Room Housing. His broader mission integrates investing, philanthropy, and culture, guided by a “positive + deflation” philosophy to lower costs and strengthen communities.
